Santa Clause !!!

We had a wonderful time at Debra and Harold Cavanah’s Christmas party. We enjoyed a lot of good fellowship with good friends. The highlight of the evening, as always, was the arrival of Santa Clause. As soon as she saw him, my daughter Elizabeth made a beeline for him, and was so excited to talk to him. What a difference a year makes! Last year, she was scared to death, and wouldn’t even stay in the same room with Santa! Jonathan is nearly eleven months old this year, and he didn’t care much either way, but I managed to get a shot of them before he realized that a stranger had taken him from Mommy..

Shannon and Brett

Shannon and Brett were married September 13, 2008 at Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church. The wedding was beautiful and it was great being a part of Shannon and Brett’s special day. I pray that God will bless their marriage with many wonderful years. I also want to thank Robert Jenkins for helping me shoot this wedding; it was a big wedding and his help was very much appreciated. I’m going to include some pictures from their engagement album along with their wedding pictures.

Catching Up!

Sorry that it’s been so long since I posted on this blog. I plan to start updating on a much more regular basis. My intention for this blog is to have a lot of pictures and not a lot of writing, so that’s what you can expect going forward. I’m much more comfortable letting my photographs speak for themselves!

Christopher "Bubba" Howell

Had a lot of fun photographing my nephew, known far and wide as "Bubba". When you spend some time with Bubba you never know what to expect, but you can bet what ever it is you'll be laughing until your side hurts, he's just a lot of fun to be around. Bubba will be one of twenty eight home schooled students graduating this May. They will be receiving their diploma from the Middle Georgia Christian Home School Association. This is a very dedicated group of young men and women along with their parents that have worked hard and are to be congratulated for their efforts. So congratulations Bubba, I am so proud of you and love you very much and congratulations to the rest of the Class of 2008.

Cherry Blossom Festival - "Tigers"

We went to the Cherry Blossom Festival this past Thursday, had a great time with the wife and kids. Weather was little bit on the cool side, but wasn't bad enough to keep us from enjoying our visit. We got to take in the tiger show which was awesome to see. These animals were beautiful. I've included of few of my favorite photos of these beautiful creatures.
